Another great week here. Whilst sheltering from the rain :
- Articles : Blaine looked at the importance of structured off-season training, Jason detailed several core exercises which really do work and Kelly noted a few basics for women who are new to weight training. A great read.
- Videos : These guys can certainly take a punch, Andre lives on in Heart of the Giant and Mark Felix performs an amazing 282.5lb Rolling Thunder lift.
- Sites : The Good Food Fight spreads the healthy-eating message with a great flash game, Martial Arts Events keeps you up-to-speed with MA events across Australia and Sideshow World explores some of the more unusual performers from the history books.
- Ideas : Grab a pair of rings and have a go at both the Lawnmower Extension and the Ice Cream Maker, switch things up a bit with the Diesel Crew's Face Pull Variations and explore the exercise possibilities of a bath towel.
- Bonus : Ready for a challenge? Have a go at Turbulence Training's Bodyweight 500 (see video for explanation). Anything under 30 minutes is simply incredible.
