Another great week here at Straight to the Bar. The highlights :

Articles : Kristen Yukness looked at the modifcation of your bench shirts and squat/deadlift suits; Adam listed the progressions for short steel bending (if you've just started bending, make sure you check this out) and Blaine discussed several ways to find new running partners. Good stuff.
Videos : Ryan Kennelly benched an incredible 1,070lb; Dennis Rogers made some wrench bending look almost easy and Magnus Samuelsson shared some armwrestling techniques. Superb.
Ideas : Try some Reactive Rows (these are great); grab your training partner and do some Assisted Tire Flips and encourage your relatives to have a go at powerlifting. At any age.
Sites : The Fight Geek settles in to his new, happy home; Alltop notes several superb Extreme Sports sites and Lincolnshire Parkour struts its stuff.
