Another great week here on Straight to the Bar. The highlights :

Articles : Joe Heiler discussed several ways to fix Anterior Knee Pain, Smitty looked at the use of Stone Lifting in Olympic Weightlifting training and Jedd investigated training with the Titan's Telegraph Key. Superb.
Videos : Stamina kept the bodyweight workouts coming, Mark Kirsch pulled a Boeing 767 and Brett Curry showed off his own distinctive tricking style.
Elsewhere : Keep up with the athletics at Spikes, sample the audio delights of Workout Muse and get some virtual MMA practice in.
Ideas : Get there early and try some Bleacher Climbers, a few of the Forgotten Lifts or perhaps some Underwater Rugby. Looks great.
