A great week here on Straight to the Bar. The highlights :

Articles : Joe looked at a direct path to massive forearms, Max noted the beauty of real stone lifting and I checked out The Ultimate Sandbag. Great thing.
Videos : Adam works his way through a gathering of Grade 5s, Dave demonstrated the Kettlebell Bent Press and here's a great way to share the strength - 2-man Strongman events.
Elsewhere : Playspace Finder keeps outdoor training happening no matter where you are, The Pound brings out Gruntman and Geek and the Girlwith Noname shows what fitness obsession is all about. Nice one.
Ideas : Test out a few high hurdle jumps, learn the kettlebell swing to open hand catch and the next time you come across some scaffolding, try a bit of this. Good stuff.
