Over the past five years this site's amassed an enormous amount of content. To help you find the highlights, I'll be taking a wander through the archives each Sunday.
This week - Tire Training.
They're often free, and great for flipping, dragging and other fun things. Here are just a few of the tire (tyre) training ideas we've looked at over the years :
- What does an 1,100 lb Tire Flip Look Like?
Want something nice and heavy? How about an 1,100 lb tire flip. Nice one.
- 5 Tire Vertical
How about mixing it up with your jump training? Love it.
- Tire Drag
Here are a couple of the basic versions of the tire drag (Rob explains the setup here).
- Overhead Tire Throw
Got a lighter tyre? Throw it overhead.
- Tire Pullups
Finally, here's just one way to use a lighter tyre as additional weight - in this case for pull-ups. Good stuff.
