Very interesting idea.

Race for the 1000 Pound Bench Press.World-record bench presses have come a long way in recent years, assisted in no small way by the rise of the bench shirt. Whilst Scot Mendelson lifted an impressive 875 - setting a new world record - in June last year, Gene Rychlak Jr recently hoisted a staggering 965 lb at the IPA World (video - .swf, 3.5MB). Weighing in at 380 lb, Rychlak is no small player himself. 1000 lb is starting to seem within reach, at least for a couple of people out there. No doubt the Inzer marketing team is already working on an 'Inzer 1000' range.
Westside Dead Lift Secrets.

This review looks at the 2003 DVD edition of the Deadlift Secrets offering, which is an updated version of its early '90s predecessor. Whilst there has been a significant amount of change to some aspects of the Westside approach, the fundamentals remain constant and this DVD helps to show just how important those fundamental concepts are.
