It was a great discussion. Josh and Craig discussed Craig's origins in strength athletics, carryover from other sports, working with various coaches, sports-specific training, having a solid strength foundation, lifting weights quickly, coaching boxing, strength requirements for athletes, joint angle, training transfer, concurrent training (vs linear, or a periodised approach), perception of workload, familiarity with heavy weight; and a whole lot more.
