It was a great discussion. Josh and Conor discussed Conor's training origins, the difference between in-season and off-season training, making gains (vs maintaining strength) during the season, recovery from injury, periodisation throughout the year, age range of clients, training around injuries, group training vs 1-on-1, sports specific training, foam rolling (self-myofascial release), training out of a studio vs training out of a home gym, unusual exercise combinations, training on unstable surfaces, the importance of fundamentals; and a whole lot more. If you're ready to find out what In-Season Hockey Training is all about, make sure you watch this one.
