It was a great discussion. Josh and Craig discussed Craig's hypertrophy background, the basics of hypertrophy, realistic goals for gaining mass, factors which determine possible speed of hypertrophy, relationship between size and strength, training volume, drinking milk after workouts, ideal size based on limb lengths, need to go further than others, basics of diet, Craig's own hypertrophy strategy, importance of eating clean when gaining, tracking caloric intake, tracking training, knowing when you're big enough; and a whole lot more.
