It was a great conversation. Josh and Frank discussed Frank's fitness background, definitions, differences between pull-ups and lat pulldowns, moving from 0 pull-ups to 1, assisted pull-ups, kipping pull-ups, different grip apparatus used, carryover to other exercises, challenging someone who can already perform 20+ strict pull-ups; and a whole lot more.
