Forskolin. Yes? No?


Forskolin (from Coleus Forskohlii). Although it's often marketed in muscle building and fat loss contexts, there are a few things to consider before adding it to your arsenal.

This week we'll be taking a deep dive into the history & research surrounding this one, examining the pros and cons of taking it.
