The holidays are fast approaching and it is getting the time of season where occasional fitness enthusiasts and weekend warriors are focusing more on shedding those holiday pounds they are accumulating over the cold months in a fast attempt to reach those unattainable goals. Aerobic exercise is just one of the ways that one has surmised to shed those unwanted pounds.
