A Guess

Based on various reactions this morning (I'll spare you the details), I'd guess it was a mild dose of food poisoning that caused yesterday's impromptu events. Things seemed to have settled down by this afternoon - a quick bench session seemed like a good way to check.

Shouldering On

Following Monday's great start I've been trying to avoid standing for any length of time (as for stairs, well they should just be made illegal). Everything seems pretty close to normal now, but just to be on the safe side I decided to do the majority of the workout sitting down. Yep, a shoulder session. Shoulders have never been my strong point and I seem to have a tendency to avoid working them with the slightest excuse - all the more reason to be hitting them I hear you cry. And hit them I shall. Really.
