  3. What was once almost impossible, just was accomplished

    One of the toughest workouts for me has been a notorious CrossFit workouit called "Murph".
    It goes like this:
    run 1 mile
    100 pullups
    200 pushups
    300 squats
    run 1 mile
    That's hard enough, but I've heard that Murph used to do this workout while wearing body armor! Though I am 59 years old I wanted to do this workout really bad.

  5. Receiving corrections well: How to benefit from feedback

    Feedback is sought by many people.
    Sometimes, we get more than we bargained for. That can test our motives for seeking it in the first place.
    If we simply are looking for someone to tell us we’re doing great, even if we are not, then the feedback is wasted. You can just look in the mirror and tell yourself how great you’re doing, then go back to doing the same sub-standard things you were doing before.
