haha, don't worry i have a rope installed from my bathroom ceiling so i can pull myself up. my hammys are fatigued today, but they would have been more sore if i hadn't stretched a ton

The pulse reps at the bottom of your leg curl made me cringe. How are your hammies now? Are you having problems getting on and off the toilet? hahahaha

next leg day, throw in the 1-legged leg curls. they are killer. thanks for letting me know that you tried them out

Did them. Extensions only. At end of workout. Could barely move before doing them. Could barely move after doing them. I've ripped myself to shreds. OUCH

They also help decrease bilateral deficit!
