  1. Snatch Program - Week 1 Day 4: 10 Minute Test

    Arm bars and TGUs to warm up.

    180 snatches in 10 minutes with the 24kg. That's a big PR, by nearly 20 snatches.

    I've got the next couple of days off, then next week is a lower volume week I'm looking forward to.

    I'll test again next Friday and will hit 200.
