Great to see you back to it.

What's the plan for shifting the excess 3.2kg? Anything specific, or is it just a matter of getting back to the old routine?

    Hey Birdy,

Thanks for stopping in. Getting back into the old routine is definitely my priority. In the last 2 months or so, my protein intake also dropped and my carbs and fat intake increased way too much. Comfort food. And too much junk.

So, I'm back to clean eating. Higher protein. Lower carbs (mainly from fruit & lots of veg, only 1 slice of bread a day), limited but better fats, wine once a week only and LOADS of water!

So far, so good. After day 1, already down 1kg to 77.2kg. 2.2kg to go, then will re-assess goals.

    Thanks for your interest.
