One more technique to strengthen your back for the big lifts as well as improve pulling.
Credits goes to Tony Gentilcore, from whom I originally learned this technique.
One way to measure the effectiveness of a cue is to notice how many times you have to say it before the client can translate your words into the correct movement.
Typically, the client gets this cue the first time I say it - talk about efficiency!
