Hey everyone! I know it has been a long time.... my schedule is insane now with all of the hours, school work, and trying to enjoy a social life. Anyways, here is my workout for tomorrow's DE-load session:
Foam rolling
dynamic warm up
Activation-
Sled pulls
battling ropes
Working-
Kettle bell front squats
tricep lockouts
rope curls
face pulls
push ups
band pull a parts
hamstring band curls
shrugs
farmers walk
**repeat 2x through**
Neck related work:
*band resisted*
front, back, left side, ride side
***repeat 3 times***
