*When I got up I did my normal joint rotations and some myofascial release

Morning Session

7:30 Run
3 km run

8:00 Warm-up
Skipping & stretching

8:30 Bag, Pads & Drills
*pushups in between rounds
Technical drills x 3 (Muay Thai)
Leg check, catch & counter

Bag x 3 (Muay Thai)
Pads x 3 (Muay Thai)
Technical drills x 3 (Muay Thai)
Side-step evasion + kick, knee, elbow

Wai Kru

10:00 Conditioning
200 round kicks on the bag
200 various situps
100 pushups

10:30 Cool-down
Stretches

How are you feeling?
Groovy 8/10

*Two hour Thai massage after lunch ... priceless

Afternoon Session

3:30 Run
Skipping (no run 'cos it was raining)

4:00 Warm-up
Shadow-boxing & stretching

4:30 Bag, Pads & Drills
Technical drills x 3 (boxing)
Alternate sparring drills

Bag x 3 (Muay Thai)
Pads x 3 (Muay Thai)

Wai Kru

6:00 Conditioning
200 round kicks
200 various crunches
100 pushups

6:30 Cool-down
Stretches

How are you feeling?
Spiffy! 9/10

*Before I went to bed I did this ...
Myofascial release (Theracane)
Shoulder stretches (Rotater)
Yoga poses
