*When I got up I did my normal joint rotations and some myofascial release

Morning Session

7:30 Run
7 km run with sprint

8:00 Warm-up
Skipping & shadowboxing

8:30 Bag, Pads, Clinch & Sparring
*pushups in between rounds
Bag x 3 (Muay Thai)
Pads x 3 (Muay Thai)
Sparring x 3 (Boxing)
Clinch (20 min)
I got two 8 counts in sparring ... both from kidney shots ... Ouch!

10:00 Conditioning
300 knees on the bag
100 alternating teep kicks on the bag
100 various elbows on the bag

300 various situps
100 pushups

10:30 Cool-down
Stretches

How are you feeling?
Resolved! 8/10

*Two hour Thai massage after lunch ... Living in the now

Afternoon Session

3:30 Run
7 km run with long sprint

Got the rest of the afternoon off! They told me I gotta 'go slow' for today! I think they must've seen fear in my eyes after a particularly HOT and PAINFUL run! And I'm not too proud to take their pity
