I personally began using RSS readers many years ago (for fitness content, as well as things like tech and photography) - great way to quickly scan for news from a particular area. New blog posts, podcasts, videos and so on.
If you're curious and not quite sure where to start, you'll find a bunch of fitness-focused feeds here :
Just import that into one of the free RSS readers like NetNewsWire, and you'll be updated whenever there's a new post.
