During the past week we’ve discussed a number of great links; on Google+, Twitter, the Forums and so on. Here are a few of my favourites.
- Living Cells, Synthetic Protein : “If you take a protein that was created in a test tube and put it inside a cell, does it still function?” Very interesting question. Over to John Chaput, a researcher at Arizona State University’s Biodesign Institute.
- New Lines of Alzheimer’s Research : NPR takes a brief look at the current thinking behind Alzheimer’s research, and several lines of enquiry that may play key roles here. Promising indeed.
- The Empowered Patient : Do you say anything, or let everything proceed anyway?
- Biomedicine in 2012 : The next year or two are certainly going to be interesting.
There were also a number of things discussed on the Straight to the Bar Community pages : Self-Massage, GPS-enabled Workout Tracking and a whole lot more. Swing by.
