During the past week we’ve discussed a number of great links; on Google+, Twitter, the Forums and so on. Here are a few of my favourites.
- Light Exercise After Meal Lowers Triglycerides : Do you currently train before or after your meal?
- Sleep Affects Memory : We’ve discussed sleep a great deal over the years (here’s a summary). Now scientists at the University of California, Berkeley have discovered a connection between sleep quality and memory – and hope to use one to help the other.
- New Approach to Vaccination : A vaccine patch? Quite possibly. Over to MIT for the details.
- A Universal Translator for Surgeons : Finally, a great talk by Steven Schwaitzberg on the need to have a Universal Translator when training surgeons around the world, and the current status of just such a device. Fantastic.
There were also a number of things discussed on the Straight to the Bar Community pages : Fauja Singh’s upcoming retirement, dynamic stretching and a whole lot more. Swing by.
