During the past week we’ve discussed a number of great links; on Google+, Twitter, Facebook and so on. Here are a few of my favourites.
- Exercise Reorganizes Brain to be More Resilient to Stress : Very interesting research, and one of the numerous unseen benefits of working out. Nice one.
- 3D Printing New Bone : If you’ve ever had an area of bone in need of replacement, you’ll appreciate just how incredible this is. The ability to print replacement bones using your own stem cells.
- Running and Neurogenesis : Can running help to create neurons? Quite possibly.
- The Future of Eye Surgery : Tiny robot = increased precision and very small cuts. Fantastic.
We also had a great discussion on CrossFit principles (and saw a number of CrossFit-related videos, notably the Cerebral Palsy one), looked at the benefits of genetic testing and a whole lot more. Join the discussion in the Straight to the Bar Community on Google+.
