During the past week we’ve discussed a number of great links; on Google+, Twitter, Facebook and so on. Here are a few of my favourites.
- Insomnia Helped by Exercise, Eventually : Interesting study in the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine, looking at the link between regular exercise and a good night’s sleep. Seems it takes a while to get going, but it’s worth it when it does.
- The Misfit Shine Fitness Tracker : A very different fitness tracker. Nice one.
- Implanting 3D-Printed Bone : Fantastic.
- Why do we sleep? : A wonderful talk on the basics of ‘why we sleep‘ from the incredible Russell Foster. Love it.
