- Gymchats on ‘Progressive Calisthenics’ and ‘The Future of Fitness’ : We discussed the wonderful world of calisthenics with the inimitable Al Kavadlo, and held a roundtable discussion on the possible ‘Future of Fitness‘. Some very interesting ideas.
- Rest Periods and Strength Gains / Hypertrophy : How long do you rest between sets? For the biggest gains in size/strength, how long should you be resting? Very interesting research.
- The Ability to Regrow Muscle, Bone & Hair : It’s rapidly becoming possible to repair or replace every part of the body. Next on the list – muscle, bone and hair.
