- Two Years of Running In Minimalist Shoes : Are there physical benefits associated with running in minimalist shoes? Quite possibly.
- DIY Landmine Base : Someone asked me over the weekend how to make one of these, and Chris Melton has posted an excellent video showing exactly that. Nice one.
- An App to Fix Jetlag : We’ve talked about jetlag a number of times over the years. Here’s a novel way of minimising the effects – using a smartphone app.
- Gymchat 243 – How to Improve Your Pull Ups (Frank DiMeo) : Great discussion on a personal favourite of mine – the humble Pull-Up. If you’re ready to increase both the quality and quantity of pull-ups you can do (even if you can’t do any at all), check this out. Highly recommended.
- Self-Healing Muscle Fibres : Very interesting indeed.
