During the past week we’ve discussed a number of great links; on Google+, Twitter, the Daily ‘Paper’ and so on. Here are a few of my favourites.
- Navigating Whilst Cycling – Say Hello to the Haize : Think ‘GPS + Compass‘. Very interesting idea.
- Craig Venter’s ‘Full Service‘ Health Scanning : Very interesting indeed. Here’s a talk Venter recently gave at Singularity University which explains this scanning option, as well as the scope of the overall project.
- A Second Skin That Reacts to Your Sweat : All kinds of potential uses for something like this.
- Levitation Using Sound : Wonderful potential for a great many things, such as targeted drug delivery.
- Connecting a Paralysed Patient’s Brain to a Nexus 9 Tablet, to Access the Web : Fantastic.
We also talked about Smartphone sensors detecting NO2 air pollution, The first commercial blood vessel bioprinter and a whole lot more. Keep up with the World of Health & Fitness in the Straight to the Bar Community on Google+.
