During the past week we’ve discussed a number of great links; on Google+, Twitter, Nuzzel The Daily ‘Paper’ and so on. Here are a few of my favourites.

  • 3D Printing of Prosthetic Limbs : Absolutely. Agree entirely, and look forward to seeing many of these over the next year or two.
  • One Vaccine to Wipe Out ALL Mosquito-Borne Diseases : Very interesting idea – targeting the mosquito’s saliva, rather than individual diseases.
  • ‘Soon We’ll Be Able To Spot Diseases Like Cancer Before We Even Feel Sick‘ : The IBM lab-on-a-chip. Promising indeed.
  • Regular Aerobic Exercise in Middle Age May Lessen Severity of Strokes Later : Interesting correlation – would love to see more on this.
  • Subtle Changes in Speech Style = Early Alzheimer’s Diagnosis’ : Very interesting idea.
