  • Hard boiled eggs
  • Dried fruit

Dinner

  • Soup
  • Chicken/pork/fish meal with pasta/rice/potatoes and vegetables
  • Few glasses of wine

Evening

  • Dried fruit

Before bed

  • Cereal

Through the day I drink a lot of :

In the way of supplements, currently I take carbohydrate/protein shakes twice a day; one an hour before a training session and the other immediately afterward.
