In the midst of assisting my flatmate’s training this evening I decided to test the post-flu waters with a bit of grip and arm work. This consisted of various curls and a bit of gripper work, as well as the usual combination of spotting and talking.
CoC Grippers (each hand) 2×10@T, 2×10@1 (partials)
Bicep curl (dumbbells – each side) 2×10@11.5kg
Zottman curl (dumbbells – each side) 2×10@11.5kg
Wrist curl (dumbbells – each side) 2×10@11.5kg
Total time forgot to check – about an hour
