With the garage still serving as a storage facility, my workouts are reaching a fairly stable mixture of bodyweight and occasional weighted work. The bodyweight workouts usually comprise several of the exercises listed below, which will be explained in greater detail in future posts.
In no particular order (and with more to follow soon – once I’ve had a chance to test them out properly) :
Bathaik (Hindu squat) : until recently these were performed in both conventional and sumo styles; other exercises have now taken the place of sumo Dands.

Push-ups : handstand, inclined, Hindu (Dand) and conventional, diamond, frog
Back bridges
Boot strapper
Flutter kick
Door pull-up
Single-leg (Pistol) squats
