An excellent week here at Straight to the Bar. A few highlights :
- Articles : Scott Sonnon investigated a particular variety of kettlebell-related pain (and what to do about it), Fight Geek discussed the value of training partners and I noted the two main techniques for making your own clubs.
- Videos : Paul Chek noted the last four doctors you’ll ever need, Ross Enamait enjoyed some vertical tyre sledgehammer work and the Sorinex guys showed off the Base Station. Superb piece of equipment.
- Ideas : Try a few Kettlebell Beakers, a Prasara Hurlie or two (love the name) and knock up a Backpressure Device. Excellent.
- Events : The Red Bull Flugtag comes to Sydney, Richard Dimitri launches another series of his excellent Senshido seminars and the world’s weirdest footraces continue. Some great ones in there.
