- Articles : Jedd took a look at kettlebell training for grip strength (brilliant exercise – video here), Joe Hashey described four other fantastic grip exercises and Chris Rider explained exactly how to tear a license plate. Superb.
- Videos : Isometric Benching hit town with both the Chain Exerciser and the 1-Rep Gym, Dave Wigren tried out some Weighted Chair Lifting (fantastic exercise) and if you think armwrestling should be a combat sport, take a look at this.
