A great week here on Straight to the Bar. The highlights :
- Articles : Jordan discussed one of the benefits of a dose of pain, Doug noted 6 superbly simple (and challenging) kettlebell exercises and I looked at some of the many variations of that bodyweight staple – Dips. Good fun.
- Videos : Jeff demonstrated the [full] soda can crush, Dave finished off a morning’s scroll work and Adam knocked out a few heavy bench lockouts. Nice one.
- Elsewhere : Jeff shares some seriously cool training over at No Limits, Eugene looks at Girevoy Sport After 40 and a joint project from Jedd and Adam? Definitely one to check out.
- Ideas : Try doing a Farmer’s Walk with a Rolling Thunder handle in each hand, some Warrior T Pushups and a spot of heavy bag flipping. Good fun.
