- Videos : Jedd took 2 blobs for a walk, Sonny Barry enjoyed a railroad pry bar bend and we saw a superb 72kg triple kettlebell press. Love it.
- Elsewhere : Kettlebell Info shares a great range of kettlebell exercises and techniques, the Gym Junkies show just how much you can do in a month and Keith Scott helps you get Back to Form. Nice one.
- Ideas : Test drive some Plate Flippin’, Shot Tossing and an Inverted Sledge Walk or two. Good fun.
