The world of sleep research is one which never, well, sleeps. Here are just a few of the sleep-related things I’ve noticed recently :

Falling asleep at the wheel and waking up just prior to a head-on collision isn’t fun (it really wasn’t). Hopefully that’s a thing of the past.
