A great week here on Straight to the Bar. The highlights :
- Articles : Kevin Neeld discussed the Rate of Force Development (ROFD), Mike Mahler investigated the Peary Rader approach to getting stronger, bigger and healthier and I took a look at just a handful of the many handbalancing pieces in the archives. Good fun.
- Videos : Adam walked through the Reverse Bend technique, we were introduced to the world of Bumper Plate Juggling and Darren Flagg demonstrated some extremely creative (and challenging) exercises. Superb.
- Elsewhere : Keith Norris shares the knowledge from over 30 years of training, two guys prepare to ski to the South Pole and the Convocation of Combat Arts gets underway. Nice one.
- Ideas : find yourself a serious set of stairs and try some Stair Squat Jumps, have a go at the Slosh Pipe Getup and test-drive the Kettlebell Dragon Flag. Nice and challenging.
