A great week here on Straight to the Bar. The highlights :
- Articles : Girlwith Noname introduced the concept of a ‘Vision Wall‘, I took a peek at the world of indoor climbing and Matt noted the benefits of the Milos Sarcev approach to conditioning.
- Videos : Ryan demonstrated a little jaw pulling, Tyler Southwick showed what a great pull-up session looks like and we looked at an indoor parkour conditioning workout. Good stuff.
- Elsewhere : Scott noted the power generation aspect of mobility work, Phil shared some excellent planche-training advice and Don looked at a couple of ways to make your kettlebell workouts a lot more challenging.
- Ideas : Grab your chains and sample some dynamic ab work, test-drive a few Russian Leg Lifts and try the sandbag obstacle course. Brilliant idea.
