A great week here on Straight to the Bar. The highlights :
- Articles : Jedd took a great look at pinch grip training with hub implements (including instructions for making one), Anthony noted the value of a kettlebell routine and I peeked into the jump-training archives. Good fun.
- Videos : 8yo wrestler Jacob Hall showed what 100 burpees look like, Rob demonstrated how to rig a tyre for dragging and Dan gave us another glimpse of the Jungle Gym training style. Love it.
- Elsewhere : The New York Times introduced cyclist Svein Tuft, Liu Mei tested out his 290kg lead boots and Danny Green returned to the ring.
- Ideas : Have a go at the Gunthar Row, make your own Viking Press (video soon) and check out some of the creative combinations in Bull Strength, such as Moving Men.
