- Videos : we saw a great tutorial on the rope-climb ‘Cinch and Pinch‘ technique, an interesting look at hydrotherapy by the Diesel Crew and a record-breaking Double Blob Farmer’s Walk. Good stuff.
- Elsewhere : Dan John looked at complexes, Brad Nelson kicked off the Million Inch Challenge and Brian Carson shared a basic Olympic lifting program.
