Video for Gymchat 230 – World’s Strongest Disabled Man ( Jeff King )
Written By : Scott Bird

Thanks again to everyone who watched and sent in questions for the discussion Gymchat 230 – World’s Strongest Disabled Man [with Strength Athletes and Personal Trainers Jeff King and Josh Hewett] – much appreciated. If you haven’t seen it yet (or simply want to go over a particular point again), here’s the entire video.

It was a great discussion. Josh and Jeff discussed Jeff’s background, Armwrestling, the World’s Strongest Disabled Man competition – what it is, how Jeff got involved etc, Cerebral Palsy, training for competition, strongman equipment in the home gym, Jeff’s training approach generally, grip work, training at Magnús Ver Magnússon‘s gym, training clients, use of strongman equipment with clients, future competitions and events; and a whole lot more. If you’re ready to find out what Strength Athletics with a Twist is really like, make sure you watch this one.

Coming Up : we’ve got several fantastic discussions lined up for the next few months – full details shortly.
And if you’d like to suggest a future topic or take part in one of the upcoming Gymchats, just drop Josh a line. We’d love to hear from you.

Over to you. Drop us a line on Twitter ( @scottbird ), or add a comment below.
