HELPING YOU GET STRONGER SINCE 2004

Video for Gymchat 239 – How to Get HUGE! (Craig Bongelli)
Written By : Scott Bird

Thanks again to everyone who watched and sent in questions for the discussion Gymchat 239 – How to Get HUGE! [with Strongman and Strength Coach Craig Bongelli, joined by Personal Trainer (and Strength Athlete) Josh Hewett] – much appreciated. If you haven’t seen it yet (or simply want to go over a particular point again), here’s the entire video.

It was a great discussion. Josh and Craig discussed Craig’s hypertrophy background, the basics of hypertrophy, realistic goals for gaining mass, factors which determine possible speed of hypertrophy, relationship between size and strength, training volume, drinking milk after workouts, ideal size based on limb lengths, need to go further than others, basics of diet, Craig’s own hypertrophy strategy, importance of eating clean when gaining, tracking caloric intake, tracking training, knowing when you’re big enough; and a whole lot more. If you’re ready to Pack on Some Serious Muscle, make sure you watch this one.
