I’ve been training for the past 13 years. I started when I was 19yrs old playing University hockey. From there I got my degree in Kinesiology and became and a Physical Education teacher. I love strength training, but got into triathlons a few years ago. I completed Ironman Canada in 2011, and from there really realized the importance of strength training vs high volume cardio. Since then I have been going to seminars (including Dan John), and learning as much as I can about building strength and staying injury free and healthy. I coach high school hockey right now, but my goal is to become the school’s strength and conditioning coach. Thanks for the warm welcome.
