During the past week we’ve discussed a number of great links; on Facebook, Twitter, in The Daily ‘Paper’ and so on. Here are a few of my favourites.
  • Psyonic’s Vibrating Bionic Hand (To Simulate Touch) : Wonderful.
  • Electrolytic Drinks Prevent Muscle Cramps Better Than Water During Exercise : Interesting.
  • Sensor To Identify Infections In Open Wounds : Rapidly – before they’re visible to the naked eye.
  • FDA Approves First Drug For Genetic Cause Of Dwarfism : A daily injection. It does, however, raise the question : is achondroplasia’s short stature a disability in need of treatment, or a difference to be celebrated?
  • The Artificial Pancreas Which Assesses Blood Glucose And Administers Insulin Accordingly : Fantastic.
