And yes, it’s absolutely free.
To help get you started, here are a few of our most recent posts. And if you want to dive in to a particular area. check out the ‘Start Here‘ page above. Enjoy.

Fitness Reading/Listening For The Week : ‘Habits for Good Sleep: 10 Steps for a Great Sleep and a Happier Life’ (by Dr Tim Sharp)
We’ve noted several of Dr Tim Sharp’s wonderful audio series’ in the past, and they’re all well worth your time.
His latest offering – ‘Habits for Good Sleep: 10 Steps for a Great Sleep and a Happier Life’ is a wonderful look st this oft-overlooked area (and I strongly agree with the idea that it should be treated similarly to diet and exercise, when it comes to ‘getting in shape’). How to improve things – both the quality and quantity.
Enjoy.

Fitness Reading/Listening For The Week : ‘Optimizing Brain Fitness’ (by Richard Restak For The Great Courses)
Although it’s a few years’ old now, Richard Restak’s ‘Optimizing Brain Fitness’ is very much relevant to a modern approach. And when it comes to a detailed understanding of the area, this is a great place to start.
Enjoy.
Dnsys X1 (Consumer Exoskeleton)
The Dnsys X1 is a consumer-focused exoskeleton, to make daily activities (particularly walking & running) just a little bit easier. To help deal with a minor injury, or just to lift heavier weights and travel further.
Intriguing device.

Nice one.
(Incidentally, I agree with the overall idea – doing _something_ is far more impactful than any particular methodology.)
