As you can see, we post a lot – on this site, in the newsletter, on Twitter and so on.
On this site in particular, the following made an appearance recently :

Dnsys X1 (Consumer Exoskeleton)
The Dnsys X1 is a consumer-focused exoskeleton, to make daily activities (particularly walking & running) just a little bit easier. To help deal with a minor injury, or just to lift heavier weights and travel further.
Intriguing device.

Fitness Reading/Listening For The Week : ‘Heat Check’ (by Stephen Curry, Dell Curry)
Dell & Stephen Curry’s ‘Heat Check’ is a sports biography in the form of a podcast series/audiobook, told by both Dell & Stephen Curry. Interesting.
Kuura Ring (Smart Ring)
Yet another entrant to the Smart Ring space – the Kuura Ring. Once again, a clear focus on the health-tracking side of things, together with a dedicated smartphone app.

Will Gene Therapy Make Me Younger? (Bryan Johnson – @bryan_johnson)
Perhaps.

Fitness Reading/Listening For The Week : ‘Tap Dancing on Everest: A Young Doctor’s Unlikely Adventure’ (by Mimi Zieman MD)
Mimi Zieman’s ‘Tap Dancing on Everest: A Young Doctor’s Unlikely Adventure’ is interesting, though not exactly what I was expecting (it’s a biography of the person, rather than stories from their medical career).
Still, it’s a great read.

Venus AI-Connected Smart Scale (Health-Monitoring Scale)
The Venus AI-Connected Smart Scale is bodyweight-measuring device mixed with a spot of health tracking. Sounds great.
