Diana Igram’s ‘Low Impact and Gentle Chair Exercises for Seniors’ is a wonderful look at the various types of chair-based, low-impact exercises possible. It’s a great starting point when the alternative is ‘as little as possible’, and it’s always possible to make the exercises a little more challenging if desired.
