A great week here on Straight to the Bar. The highlights :
- Articles : Girlwith Noname talked about the Ladies Section of the gym, Max noted the difficulty of admitting you’re hurt and I peered into the archives with a look at the many great varieties of Chain Training. Good fun.
- Videos : Ben enjoyed some barehanded bending, Gary demonstrated some card tearing in boxing gloves and Cisco produced a one-handed rope climb. Incredible.
- Elsewhere : Erik shares his passion for stone lifting at The Quarry, the Throw Farther guys show you how to, well, throw farther and I take a look at the many Feats of Strength enjoyed by Strongmen for decades.
- Ideas : Have a go at the One-armed Floor Press, grab the chains and give the thick-bar Zydrunas Presses a run and give the Tae-Kwon-Do balance training a shot. Very strange.
